The regulations are created to construct a fair and equitable marijuana industry in Delaware that will allow businesses to succeed while balancing the safety of the consumers and residents.
Our regulations are published in Delaware’s Register of Regulations, view OMC’s Final Regulations.
Updates that impact Patient Cards and the Medical Marijuana program may be viewed in House Bill 285.
