Medical Marijuana Mission

The mission of the Medical Marijuana Program (MMP) is to protect Delaware residents by proactively monitoring and enforcing the Delaware Medical Marijuana Act and its associated regulations.Through thorough inspections of regulated vendors, we minimize risks to both human health and the environment.
