Under the Marijuana Control Act (MCA) in section 1314 (B), the Marijuana Commissioner is required to submit an Annual Report describing events that transpired over the reporting period. The Annual Report also highlights information on the licensing of marijuana businesses, industry sales data, key demographic statistics regarding business owners and industry employees.
The reporting period is January through December.
